Thank you for shopping with Major Way Streetwear. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled from multiple production facilities, including the United States and international partners.
Processing Time
Because all items are printed on demand, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, sales, or holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- U.S. fulfilled orders (Los Angeles): 3-7 business days
- Internationally fulfilled orders: 7-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For items fulfilled internationally, customs processing may apply. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Major Way Streetwear is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at majorwaystreetwear1@gmail.com and we will assist with a carrier inquiry.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned, reshipping fees may apply.
Print-on-Demand Disclaimer
All products are custom printed for each order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
